At Helsi, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with all original Helsi tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
